Hello! I’m Hannah, the creator of Artifluous. The purpose of this website is to motivate me to get creative, share my work publicly, and connect with other artists. I’m a creative writing graduate who, on my days off from a paying-the-bills job, pursues all things creative; writing, theatre, making games, coding, that sort of stuff. I’m still learning a lot about creativity and what I want to do, as well as how to be an adult every day. Mostly I just hide under a blanket and play video games, whilst occasionally surfacing to write this blog. My life-goal is to design video games, and I’ve made some progress toward that goal recently. You can find out more about Thalia’s Quest, my new text adventure game, in this blog post.
I’m a graduate of The Writing Squad, who tutor emerging writers, and this website is courtesy of them, with my thanks. I’m also a graduate of the Raspberry Pi Creative Technologist 2016 programme, but you can learn more about both of these through my blog posts. I have an (unhealthy) obsession with cats, although sadly it’s in my house contract that I’m not allowed any pets. I like to travel, and have visited eight countries so far. I’m vegan, and have therefore learnt to love cooking in order to survive. Perhaps I’ll share some of my favourite recipes on here. If you’d like to find out more about my projects, check out my blog posts, or ask me a question on Twitter.
